My theory: weather is always remarkable because people have short memories. It's warm for a week and people go, "Global Warming!" or it's cold for a couple days and we're all, "Pshaw, what idiot came up with 'global warming'!?" Within a 4 hour period: it was sunny and gorgeous, then we had a monsoon-type rainstorm (the heaviest rain I've seen all year), and now it's back to sunny and gorgeous (too bad I'm stuck inside my office).
