		<description>Once I bought a bathroom scale that supposedly measured body fat percentage. I was always wary of the results. Then I went to a real live personal trainer who used those horrible calipers to actually PINCH my fat and tell me what the percentage was. My actual percentage was quite a bit lower than what the silly scale had said. So there!</description>
